Ο Κωνσταντίνος Παπαμιχαλόπουλο σχεδιάζει για τη Νότα

The Nota Spring Summer 2017 collection includes a line with cotton dresses and tops with a superb print of a hummingbird designed by the well known visual artist Konstantinos Papamichalopoulos. The line is complemented with a printed woven boxer shorts whose colors were used as a base for the print.


Konstantinos was  born in 1975 in Athens, Greece. He studied painting and printmaking in the Athens School of Fine Arts. He has also received a postgraduate degree from the "Digital Forms of Art" program of the Athens School of Fine Arts. He has contributed to Babel and Mov magazines, worked with "9" & "Vivliothiki" magazines of the Eleftherotypia newspaper and as an illustrator in the Vima newspaper.
Konstantinos  is the cover artist of the Athens Review of Books and he also is a freelance illustrator at the Dutch "De Groene Amsterdammer". In 2000 his first graphic novel "The Jap" was published followed in 2003 by "The Japanese - Deuteronomion" and "Epilarchia!" in 2011. His latest books are "The Japanese 3" and "Talos". In 2003 he has received a commission by the Benaki Museum for a portrait of the benefactor Andonis Benakis and in 2004 the work has become part of the Benaki Museum permanent collections.
His works are in various public and private collections both in Greece and abroad.
