4. VISITORS / USERS PERSONAL INFORMATION
Nota.gr makes reasonable efforts to secure users' personal information in strict compliance with safety measures, which can be altered or modified at any time by Masselos S.A.. Users, however, are informed that sending confidential information through e-mail is not the most secure way of sending messages, as there is a risk that such information might be read by third unauthorized parties.In order to ensure the protection of users’ personal information, Nota.gr uses strong 128 SSL encryption technology with a certificate from Thawte . With the use of this technology, any data registered by the visitor / user in Nota.gr , is encrypted eliminating any possibility of interception of purchase or identity information during transmission. Finally, the personal security of the user is the password he/ she gives when becoming a member of www. Nota.gr . Nota.gr advises users to change their password regularly for security reasons and to avoid using the same passwords that are easily detectable.

In cases of force majeure, Nota.gr is reserved to the delivery time of the products. Nota.gr can provide no guarantee for the availability of the products, but can guarantee for the timely notice of the final consumers for the non-availability of the products. Nota.gr does not guarantee that the website or the servers through which the website is available to the customers / users do not contain "viruses" or other harmful software programs and it will not be liable for any kind of damage that the visitor /user may suffer by pages, services, options and contents of Nota.gr , which he / she uses on his /her own initiative and responsibility, for example but not restrictively, damage due to illegal actions of third parties, such as interception or decryption of codes and data, virus spread during the use of the website or information download of its content, or problems that may occur during the use of computers (e.g. loss of data etc.). 13. LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES
The customer has the right to return the products he / she purchased from the present e-shop and ask for their replacement.
For reasons of hygiene Nota.gr does not accept returns of slips and boxers.
Cases in which Nota.gr is responsible and will bear the cost of product pick up and exchange:
Any case in which Nota has mistakenly delivered a product that was not ordered but the customer.
Any case in which Nota has delivered one or more product(s) with material defects covered by its guarantee.
Cases in which the customer is responsible: any case in which the customer is not satisfied with the product(s) because of size or because the product(s) does not meet his or her expectation for any reason. In these cases the customer has to return the product(s) at his/her own expense while Nota will cover the shipping cost of replacement product(s).
In all of the above cases any product(s) must be returned within fifteen (15) days of receipt with true date proved by the courier’s waybill. All returns must be made in the original condition product(s) were delivered in complete with all tags and packaging materials as well the tax documents that accompanied delivery (Retail Sale Receipt). We recommend that the customer contacts Nota.gr by phone at 210 3315075 or e-mail at email@example.com before returning any products.
Nota reserves the right not to accept returns not made within fifteen (15) calendar days from the receipt of the product(s) by the customer.
15. DISCOUNT COUPONS AND PROMOTIONAL ACTIVITIES
Discount coupons have specific time validity and have to be entered during the first stage of the ordering procedure. In each order only one discount coupon can be accepted.The various products discounts that appear on the website of this e-shop are valid until stock lasts and only for the time period of each promotional activity.
Nota.gr makes every effort not to manufacture of receive any defective products and even in the case such a product is manufactured or received, pre-delivery inspections ensure that such products do not reach customers. Nota.gr will repair or replace at no cost to the customer and wιthin a reasonable time any product with a manufacturing defect specifically with defective sewing, fabric and/or secondary materials. This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear as well as damage that resulted from improper use or care of the product.
17. ORDERS/ PRODUCT DELIVERIES / SHIPMENT COSTS OVERVIE
Nota.gr delivers its products to all the regions of Greece and Cyprus via Geniki Tachydromiki and to the rest of the world via UPS. Deliveries are made daily, except for Saturday and Sunday, holidays or general strike days, during the working hours and depending on the availability of the couriers.
Prices: All prices indicated on Nota.gr include Value Added Tax (VAT). Nota.gr retains the right to change prices without prior notice to the customers. However, in all cases the customer will be charged with the price(s) valid at the time the order was placed.
Order Completion / Confirmation: When the ordering process is complete, the customer will receive confirmation including the order number via e-mail or by telephone by Nota.gr.
Order Cancellation: If the customer wants to cancel an order that has been placed on Nota.gr he or she should contact Masselos SA by phone at 210 3315075 or e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org. Orders may be cancelled anytime before shipment.
Changing your order: After the completion of the order no changes can be made. If the customer wishes to make changes he or she should cancel the order and place a new one.
Product Availability: In case that a requested item is not available, Nota.gr will contact the customer by e-mail or telephone within reasonable time period since the day of the order, in order to inform the customer for the estimated delivery date. If the estimated delivery period of an item is not acceptable by the customer, he /she may cancel said item, while the rest of the order remains unchanged.
Delivery Period: Nota usually ships within ten (1o) business days from reception of web orders, depending on the availability of the products. In cases where the estimated delivery period is more more than 10 days Nota.gr will contact the customer for instructions
Shipping Costs / Cash on Delivery: Shipping costs to Greece and Cyprus are free for all orders of one hundred Euro (100€) or more and five Euro (5) for orders of a lower amount. Shipping costs to all other countries are calculated based on UPS’s tariff and are paid by the customer.
18. PAYMENT METHODS
Payment with Credit Card
Credit Card payments are processed via Eurobank’s 3D secure system which offers the extra protection of Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode services. When credit card information is entered and verified by the system a deposit equal to the amount of the order is held on the customer’s account. This hold is released an the customer’s credit card is charged accordingly on the day the order is shipped. For additional security all credit card transactions are processed by Eurobank’s ProxyPay 3D Secure Payment. After the ordering process is competer customers are re-directed to the secure server of Eurobank’s ProxyPay 3D Secure Payment system. All communications between the customer, Eurobank’s ProxyPay 3D Secure Payment and Visa or Mastercard are fully encrypted. No customer credit card information is stored anywhere once the payment process is complete ensuring a very high security level for all your credit card transactions on Nota.gr. As Nota.gr does not store credit card information, customers are requested to re-enter such information every time they place an order.

Customers who wish to pay via bank transfer should choose «bank transfer» as payment method when placing their order and arrange for a transfer equal to the order amount to Masselos S.A.’s account with Alpha Bank:

Cash on Delivery
You may choose COD as a payment option -at no extra charge- for delivery addresses in Greece. We regret that we cannot accept COD payments for deliveries outside Greece.
All products are shipped by courier companies to which Nota.gr provides the personal information of the users, including their name and surname, the delivery address and their telephone that is necessary in order to complete the shipment.
20. ORDER DELAYS
Your order might be delayed for the following reasons:1. The product is out of stock and no longer available. In this case, Nota.gr will contact the customer in order to inform him / her and offer an alternative solution.2. In cases of extreme weather conditions or strikes, as well as in case of force majeure, that can affect the transport and the delivery of the customer's order. In those cases, and if it is possible, Nota.gr will contact the customer as soon as possible, so that the customer can express whether he / she wishes the completion of his order under these circumstances.3. If a problem arises in the customer's order (e.g. related to the product, or to the payment etc.) but the telephone communication with the customer or / and the email communication is not possible because the personal information that the customer registered were not correctly updated.
