You may return and exchange any product you have purchased on-line that you are not happy with.

Merchandise must be in store bought condition. For hygienic reasons we cannot replace underwear bottoms (slips, boxer shorts, etc).

Returns must be sent within fifteen (15) calendar days from receipt of your original order.

We will cover shipping costs for returns if we have shipped a defective item or a different item from the one you’ve ordered, provided you use a  courier service approved by Nota  i.e."Geniki Tachydromiki" for Greece and UPS for all other countries. In all other cases you will have to bear the shipping costs of any returns.

Please note that in addition to the item itself you must have the  sales receipt with you, otherwise the exchange will not be possible for tax reasons.
