TAKE YOUR MEASUREMENTS
BUST : Measure under your armpits, around your shoulder blades, and over the fullest part of your bust. Don't pull the tape measure too hard. For fitting a bra, you also need the measurement just under your bust
WAIST: Measure around your natural waistline. This is the narrow part of your waist, about an inch above your navel. Relax and breath out before you measure.
HIP: The hip should be measured around its fullest part.
If your measurements fall between two sizes choose the larger for a more comfortable fit
We suggest hand-washing all our bras. We know it’s a bit of a drag, but you’ll be pleased when your favorite bra lasts longer. Here’s the plan in 4 easy steps.
Dab any stains with mild soap and water and gently rub
Soak for a few minutes, then gently work the suds into the fabric and rinse.
To get rid of excess water, fold and gently press the bra in a towel before laying it out to dry.
If you do decide to wash on gentle cold in the machine be sure to hook the bra together to avoid snagging it on other clothing or use a mesh lingerie bag.
Don’t put bras in the dryer - the heat breaks down spandex and elastic.
Underwear Care
Here’s something you’ll like: all our panties can be washed in the machine in cold water on gentle! If they need a little extra love, follow these steps.
Dab any stains with mild soap and water and gently rub
Soak for a few minutes, then gently work the suds into the fabric and rinse.
Use a mesh lingerie bag so the underwear doesn’t get snagged
Lay underwear out on a towel to dry. If you decide to use the machine — tumble dry with no heat.
Heat breaks down the spandex and elastic causing panties to age before their time.
Don’t wash
your clothes too often.
Remove stains manually, and air the clothes to freshen up after each use.
Several studies indicate that garments are often washed more frequently than necessary. By reducing the number of times you wash your garments you can actively help to reduce your carbon footprint.
Lower the temperature
when machine washing.
The care symbols show the maximum treatment.
Washing at lower temperatures can help the environment by using less energy. But washing at a lower temperature may affect the cleansing performance. Read the instructions on your detergent pack.
Think of reducing
the amount you tumble dry.
Natural drying is energy free.
By hang drying your laundry you save energy, and your clothes will stay in shape and even last longer too.
Think of ironing
only when necessary.
Save energy as well as the effort!
Remove clothes from the washing machine and hang dry them as soon as the wash cycle has finished minimizing creasing. Think to take your (hang) dried laundry with you into the bathroom while showering – often the steam smooth out creases and folds.
Use Dry Clean
only when necessary.
Look for dry cleaners who offer a “greener” option to traditional dry cleaning methods.
Professional cleaning whenever it is recommended is often essential. There are different dry cleaning solvents on the market.
